Client eligibility. Aetheriks International Bank provides its products and services exclusively to eligible non-resident clients. We do not offer services to residents of New Zealand. Eligible clients are offshore high-net-worth individuals and corporations that meet our eligibility, verification, and minimum-threshold criteria. By accessing this website or applying for any product, you represent that you are not a resident of New Zealand and that you qualify as an eligible client.
Aetheriks International Bank ("Aetheriks", "we", "our") is an international banking platform. We operate under applicable financial-services laws and provide banking, payments, card, and digital-asset-related services through appropriately licensed and regulated partner institutions and service providers.
This Compliance Framework summarises the standards we apply. It is provided for information only and does not amend or supersede any client agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

We screen clients, counterparties, and transactions against applicable sanctions lists and restricted-party lists. We do not onboard or transact with persons or entities subject to sanctions, or in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, and we may decline or freeze activity where required to comply with applicable law.
Before opening an account or providing services, we collect and verify identification and, where applicable, corporate and beneficial-ownership information. We may request documents, selfie/liveness verification, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth information, and such other evidence as we deem necessary. We may suspend or refuse service where verification is incomplete or unsatisfactory.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Compliance is overseen by a designated compliance function and, where applicable, independent review. Our policies are reviewed periodically and updated to reflect changes in law, regulation, and business risk.
